Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AVP of Client Services to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service within the financial services sector, specifically focusing on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, a deep understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. This position requires a candidate who is NISMVA certified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the client services team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the BFSI sector, acting as a primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to enhance client relationships and achieve business goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality client service, including prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement, implementing strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, including NISMVA certification requirements.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NISMVA) are required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management within the BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and client service platforms.
