Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the onboarding process. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of ACHNET Demo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing channels, including online job boards and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and building relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience with candidate evaluation and assessment techniques.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
