Job Overview:

Broadridge is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief of Strategy to lead the development and execution of our long-term strategic vision. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment across all business units. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a proven track record of strategic leadership, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate the company's long-term strategic plan, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to drive strategic growth.
• Lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the financial services industry.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and financial targets.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry experts.

Educational Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is required.
• Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
