Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining web applications, with a focus on the fintech industry. This role requires a blend of front-end and back-end development skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using a variety of technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our products and processes.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of back-end technologies and frameworks, such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience working in the fintech industry.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
