Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to drive the sales of our tax advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling complex financial services to C-level executives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets for tax advisory services.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on C-level executives within target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the tax advisory team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) is a plus.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in selling tax advisory services or other complex financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial concepts.
