Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization, with a focus on supporting the automotive industry sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to a positive and productive work environment while aligning HR initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  3. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  4. Oversee employee relations, addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts.
  5. Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  6. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  7. Maintain HRIS systems and employee records accurately and confidentially.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification is required.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  2. In-depth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  5. Experience with HRIS systems.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience in the automotive industry.
  2. Experience with performance management systems.
  3. Experience with talent acquisition strategies.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
