Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee drywall and metal framing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of drywall and metal framing projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
2. Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
4. Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.
7. Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with drywall and metal framing.
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
3. Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. PMP certification or equivalent.
2. Experience with commercial construction projects.
3. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
