Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Safety Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of safety on our construction sites. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors, prevent accidents, and maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections of construction sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement job hazard analyses (JHAs) and safety programs tailored to specific project requirements.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide safety training and orientation to employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a Construction Safety Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification.
• Experience with fall protection, excavation, and other specialized construction safety areas.
• Proficiency in safety software and data analysis.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
