Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of PeopleSoft modules, architecture, and integration, along with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect PeopleSoft solutions to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft features, functionalities, and industry trends.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Solutions Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Campus Solutions).
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration technologies (e.g., Integration Broker, Web Services).
• Experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and SQR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• PeopleSoft certification.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and migrations.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
