Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Plant Operations Head to oversee all aspects of plant operations related to the manufacturing of chemical catalyst salts and solutions. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of chemical processes, manufacturing best practices, and a proven track record of managing and optimizing plant performance. The Plant Operations Head will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products while adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and engineering.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
3. Manage and optimize production processes to meet production targets and customer demands.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
6. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of plant equipment and infrastructure.
7. Manage the plant budget and control operational expenses.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Master's degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Extensive experience in chemical manufacturing, specifically with catalyst salts and solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of chemical processes and unit operations.
3. Proven ability to manage and lead a large team.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. In-depth understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
6. Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
2. Experience with process optimization and automation.
3. Project management experience.
4. Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
