Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEC Compliance Officer to join our team. The SEC Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of SEC rules, regulations, and reporting requirements, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's compliance with SEC regulations, including but not limited to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Conduct internal investigations and audits to assess compliance with SEC regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on SEC compliance matters.
• Monitor changes in SEC regulations and industry best practices, and update compliance programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, finance, and investor relations, to ensure compliance.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, JD, or other relevant certifications) preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SEC rules and regulations.
• Experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with compliance software and systems.

Pay Rate/Salary:
