Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr ReactJS Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing user-friendly and efficient frontend solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. The Sr ReactJS Frontend Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards are met. This position is based on-site in San Ramon, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
