Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Learning and Development Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Manage training logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain training records and update the learning management system (LMS).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content.
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department as needed.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a training or learning and development role.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering presentations and facilitating training sessions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with e-learning development tools.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
