Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to guide our development team in building and maintaining robust and scalable applications within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular, MVC, WCF, Entity Framework, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent technical and communication skills, capable of driving technical strategy and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Angular, MVC, WCF, and Entity Framework.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
4. Oversee the integration of applications with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
5. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to the banking sector.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Strong proficiency in Angular, MVC, and WCF.
2. Extensive experience with Entity Framework.
3. Solid understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS , Azure and GCP.
4. Experience in the banking sector or financial services.
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
