Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
