Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Site Enablement to lead and oversee the enablement initiatives for our various sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve site performance, ensure operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of site operations and enablement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement site enablement strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the development and delivery of training programs and resources to enhance site performance.
• Manage and optimize site-related processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of site enablement professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.

• Proven experience in site operations and enablement.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
