Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Risk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry (BFSI) and a proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. This role requires a deep understanding of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and financial modeling techniques. The Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and security of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and monitor various types of financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the potential impact of risks on the organization's financial performance.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management across all business units.
• Stay abreast of changes in the financial industry, including new regulations, emerging risks, and evolving best practices.
• Develop and maintain risk models and conduct stress testing to assess the organization's resilience to adverse economic scenarios.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10-15 years of experience in risk management within the BFSI industry.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis techniques.
