Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and provide comprehensive training on product features and functionalities.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive product adoption and value realization.
  • Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts, developing and executing strategies for retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing timely support.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and service improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success platforms.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Project management skills.
