Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on Python, DevOps, Microservices, and React. This role involves developing and maintaining ERP systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the entire software development lifecycle. The Software Developer will also be expected to lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain software solutions, primarily using Python, React, and related technologies.
2. Develop and deploy microservices-based architectures.
3. Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
4. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
5. Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding best practices and software design.
6. Develop and maintain ERP systems.
7. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

1. 5-7 years of experience in software development.
2. Proficiency in Python.
3. Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
4. Experience with Microservices architecture.
5. Strong front-end development skills using React.
6. Experience in developing and maintaining ERP systems.
7. Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
