Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Implementation Manager to join our team. The Product Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the successful implementation of our HR technology solutions for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will be PMP certified and have a proven track record of successfully implementing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle for HR technology products, from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
  • Conduct client training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all implementations adhere to company standards and best practices.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Proven experience in implementing HR technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with specific HR technology platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with change management principles.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
