Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Representative to join our team. The HR Representative will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment within our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records accurately and confidentially in HRIS systems.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• SHRM or HRCI certification.
• Experience with benefits administration.
