Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market share within the Large Format Retail (LFR) channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consumer durables industry, with specific experience in IFB (In-Factory Built) products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a deep understanding of the LFR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and oversee sales activities within the LFR channel, including key account management and distributor relationships.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and internal teams.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven sales experience within the consumer durables industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Experience with IFB (In-Factory Built) products.
  • Strong understanding of the LFR channel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Prior experience managing a sales team.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics.
