Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our poultry operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, with a specific focus on poultry breeding, breeder farm management, hatchery management, and poultry logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards, and managing a team of professionals. The Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the poultry breeding process, from farm to final product, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of breeder farm operations, including animal welfare, feeding programs, and environmental controls.
2. Manage hatchery operations, including egg handling, incubation, chick processing, and quality control.
3. Develop and implement poultry logistics plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
5. Manage and mentor a team of farm managers, hatchery staff, and logistics personnel.
6. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and procurement, to achieve company goals.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, or a related field.
2. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 15+ years of experience in poultry breeding and breeder farm management.
2. Extensive knowledge of hatchery management and processes.
3. Proven experience in poultry logistics and supply chain management.
4. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
6. Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting.
7. Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
