Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer retention. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Onboard new clients and provide training on product usage and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges.
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and business reviews with clients.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS products or services.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms.
  • Project management skills.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
