Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the adoption and value of our products. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on product usage and best practices.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals and identify opportunities to maximize product value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor client health and identify potential risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent churn.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and provide insights for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure client success.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, share insights, and plan for future growth.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success platforms.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Project management skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
