Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the adoption and expansion of our products and services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for helping customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard new customers and provide training on product features and best practices.
  2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and business objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  4. Monitor customer health and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
  5. Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and support.
  6. Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer success.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and customer success platforms.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience with SaaS products and services.
  2. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  3. Project management skills.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
