Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Head of Polymer Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of our polymer production processes. This leadership role is critical to ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality polymer manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in polymer operations, including commissioning, routine operations, and turnaround exercises. The Head of Polymer Operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving production targets, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of polymer production technologies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and direct all polymer operations, including production, maintenance, and process optimization.
2. Oversee the commissioning of new polymer production facilities and equipment.
3. Manage and optimize routine operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
4. Plan and execute turnaround exercises to ensure operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
7. Achieve a production output of 1000 ATA.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.

1. Extensive experience (15+ years) in polymer operations.
2. Proven expertise in commissioning polymer production facilities.
3. In-depth knowledge of routine polymer production processes and troubleshooting.
