Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our SaaS sales team. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Forecast sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
