Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACHNET Demo. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our HR Tech solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and proactively guiding them towards success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes and technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and HR processes to effectively guide them in using our HR Tech solutions.
  • Proactively monitor client usage and identify opportunities to improve their experience and drive adoption of our platform.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Develop and deliver training and onboarding programs to help clients maximize the value of our HR Tech solutions.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the HR Tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and technologies, including HRIS, talent management, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve customer outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with specific HR Tech platforms.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.

Pay Rate/Salary

Commensurate with experience.
