Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Warehouse Sales Head to lead our sales efforts within the warehousing and third-party logistics sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing key client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations, logistics solutions, and the competitive landscape. The Warehouse Sales Head will be responsible for expanding our market presence in the Chennai region and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals for warehouse services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the third-party logistics and warehousing market in the Chennai region.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales within the third-party logistics and warehousing industry.
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics solutions, and supply chain management.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
