Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI/ML Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems within the recruitment domain. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and analyze data, and build predictive models that drive actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement machine learning models for various recruitment-related applications, such as candidate matching, job recommendation, and talent sourcing.
2. Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
3. Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing systems and workflows.
5. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related fields.
7. Contribute to the development of best practices for machine learning within the organization.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models.
2. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
4. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
2. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
3. Experience in the recruitment domain.
4. Familiarity with Ceipal ATS.
