Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through our partner network. The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, enable, and manage strategic partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to expand market reach.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and enablement to partners to maximize their sales performance.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and sales) to align partner activities and resources.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in partner sales or channel management within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner programs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with contract negotiation and management.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape in the SaaS market.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
