We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Financial / Commercial Controller to lead the financial governance and commercial support functions across our operations in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in enabling business growth through strategic financial insights, robust governance frameworks, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Role Description

Business Support & Commercial Enablement

  1. Partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and commercial decisions.
  2. Provide financial insights and analysis to support pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
  3. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with business goals.

Governance & Controls

  1. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.
  2. Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.
  3. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Leadership & Initiative


  1. Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving initiatives.
  2. Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to regional finance transformation efforts.
  3. Mentor and develop local finance teams to build capability and succession.

Specialisation in finance and accounting is a must and local language (Tagalog) is a must.

Ability to drive sales and achieve profitable sales, working closely with the sales teams and be an enabler with an eye for governance and control

Functional competency

  1. CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
  2. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and commercial roles, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
  3. Strong understanding of financial governance, business partnering, and commercial acumen.
  4. Experience in the Philippines market with knowledge of local regulations and business practices is highly desirable.
  5. Knowledge of local language is a must. (Tagalog)
