Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Head to lead our Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The Project Head will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of solar projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This leadership role requires a strong technical background in solar energy, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of Solar EPC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Lead and manage a team of engineers, procurement specialists, construction managers, and other project staff.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
7. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) is required.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Extensive experience in managing Solar EPC projects.
2. Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies.
3. Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
6. In-depth knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with specific solar technologies (e.g., crystalline silicon, thin film).
2. Familiarity with local permitting processes and requirements.
3. Experience with energy storage systems.
