Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for ERP Next, specifically within the manufacturing sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, the manufacturing industry, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals within the ERP Next market, focusing on manufacturing.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  3. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target manufacturing companies.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of ERP Next.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  7. Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Master's degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on ERP systems.
  2. Experience with ERP Next.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
