Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Tech Manager to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of our HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes within the healthcare industry, coupled with strong technical acumen and project management skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful HR technology solutions that support our employees and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology systems, including HRIS, talent management, and payroll systems.
  2. Partner with HR stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  3. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met and that systems are aligned with organizational needs.
  4. Oversee data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR staff and employee understanding and utilization of HR technology.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Manage a team of HR technology professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  2. Master's degree preferred.
  3. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Proven experience in managing HR technology systems, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  2. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  3. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  6. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

Pay Rate/Salary

Commensurate with experience.
