Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACHNET Demo. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our fintech solutions, and driving customer retention and growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and maximize the value they receive from our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges.
  • Onboard new customers and provide training on our fintech solutions.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive customer retention and growth through proactive engagement and value realization.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology and payment processing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with payment gateways and APIs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
  • Project management experience.
