Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a talented and innovative AI Prompt Engineer to join our growing team. As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing prompts for various AI models to achieve desired outputs and improve overall performance. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into effective prompts and evaluate the results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and prompt engineering techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine prompts for a variety of AI models, including large language models (LLMs), to generate high-quality and relevant outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective prompt strategies.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of prompts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to determine the most effective prompt designs and parameters.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in prompt engineering techniques and AI model capabilities.
• Document prompt designs, evaluation results, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Contribute to the development of prompt engineering guidelines and standards for the organization.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in prompt engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) concepts.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, LaMDA, or similar models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
