Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Activity Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute a variety of sports and recreational activities for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create engaging and inclusive programs that promote employee well-being and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate sports activities, including but not limited to basketball, volleyball, soccer, and running clubs.
  • Organize and manage sports-related events, such as tournaments, team-building activities, and fitness challenges.
  • Promote employee participation in sports activities through effective communication and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure the safety of participants by implementing appropriate safety measures and providing necessary equipment.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of sports programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate sports activities into overall employee wellness initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation Management, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sports rules and regulations.

Good-to-Have Skills
