Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored investment solutions. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  2. Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences through regular communication and meetings.
  3. Provide customized investment advice and solutions based on clients' individual needs and market conditions.
  4. Monitor clients' portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  5. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists and client service representatives, to provide exceptional client service.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  3. Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Proven experience in relationship management within the wealth management industry.
  2. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
  7. Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
