Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through meticulous testing, both manual and automated. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with developers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on defects and overall software quality.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Participate in requirements reviews and design reviews to ensure testability and quality assurance considerations are addressed early in the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of database testing and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
