Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Context Engineer to join our team focused on developing multi-agent systems in the healthcare domain, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). The Context Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the context management aspects of our LLM-powered agents, ensuring they have access to the relevant information needed to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of LLMs, context engineering principles, and healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement context management strategies for LLM-based multi-agent systems in healthcare.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading relevant healthcare data into the context of LLMs.
• Optimize context windows and retrieval mechanisms to improve the performance and accuracy of LLM agents.
• Evaluate and fine-tune LLMs to enhance their ability to utilize contextual information effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals, to define and implement context-aware solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of LLM agents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, context engineering, and healthcare technology.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Strong understanding of context engineering principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and workflows.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
