Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners. You will work closely with partners to enable them to effectively sell and support our SaaS product, ensuring mutual success and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive partner sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  3. Provide ongoing training and support to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  4. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.
  5. Manage partner performance, track sales metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Proven track record of success in partner sales or channel management.
  2. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. Experience selling SaaS solutions in the finance industry.
  2. Knowledge of partner program best practices.
  3. Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
