This role involves applying engineering expertise to support our operations and ensure accurate billing practices. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply mechanical engineering principles to analyze and improve billing processes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing data related to mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to billing processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the billing department.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new billing systems or upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
