This role is responsible for multi country Corporate/ Group Accounting process including General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliation and month end processes, preparation of Management Packs and Financial Statements etc as per US GAAP

The opportunity

Advanced Anlayst will play a critical role in supporting the multi country or group accounting process. The opportunity will be to work closely with Global Engagement leaders in end to end accounting assignments .

Your key responsibilities

1. Meticulous adherence to the compliance calendar of client in order to ensure smooth closure of books, reconciliations and reporting
2. Identify client requirements by gaining thorough understanding of business process and operations
3. Adhere to defined processes and timelines on reports and schedules.
4. Update dashboard to demonstrate progress of activities and status quo of multi country engagements
5. Provide timely and comprehensive answers to clients’ queries

Skills and attributes for success

1. 1-3yrs of End-to-end accounting experience including month end closing, financial reporting and financial year closing process (in the Healthcare / Med Tech preferred)
2. Exposure to healthcare / Med Tech / Pharma industry
3. Experience in preparing monthly management reports and cash flow statement
4. Knowledge of international accounting standards – IFRS / US GAAP
5. Fluent in English
6. Very good knowledge of Excel
7. Knowledge of ERP systems (Workday / Business Central / SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory)
8. Experience in shared service centre preferred
9. Very good work organization, initiative and commitment
10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
11. Must be motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills

To qualify for the role you must have

1. B.Com/M.Com/CA inter/pursuing ACCA with overall 2 - 4 Yrs of experience
