Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) implementations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. You will provide technical guidance, ensure adherence to best practices, and contribute to the overall success of our analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle FAW/FDI solutions.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.
3. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
4. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
5. Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle FAW/FDI.
7. Participate in the planning and execution of testing activities.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus.

Must-Have Skills

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle data warehousing and analytics.
2. Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
3. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
4. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
5. Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with other cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
2. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
3. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
