Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough research on various industries and organizations to identify potential talent pools.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent pool database for future hiring needs.
3. Perform market mapping to understand the availability of talent and compensation benchmarks.
4. Identify and engage with potential candidates for niche skill positions.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Master's degree preferred.
