Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services, and driving customer retention and growth. This is a remote position based in Barcelona, Spain, supporting our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and objectives and align them with our product offerings.
  • Proactively identify and address customer challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and business reviews with customers.
  • Onboard new customers and provide training on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, and Product Development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
