Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Karate Master to lead and instruct students in the art of Karate. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Karate techniques, a passion for teaching, and the ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels. This role requires a commitment to upholding the traditions of Karate while fostering a safe and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Karate training programs for students of varying skill levels.
• Instruct students in Karate techniques, forms (kata), sparring (kumite), and self-defense.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Ensure a safe and respectful training environment for all students.
• Promote the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance within the Karate program.
• Participate in tournaments, demonstrations, and other events to showcase the Karate program.
• Maintain accurate student records and manage class schedules effectively.

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Black Belt (or equivalent ranking) in Karate from a recognized Karate organization is mandatory.
• Certification as a Karate instructor is highly desirable.

Must-Have Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Karate techniques, forms, and sparring strategies.
• Proven ability to effectively teach and motivate students of all ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain a safe and positive training environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in competition Karate.
• Knowledge of other martial arts disciplines.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Pay Rate/Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
