Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic RTM (Route to Market) Strategy Director to lead the development and execution of our RTM strategies within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various distribution models, channel management, and market dynamics, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion. This role requires a strong leader with excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive RTM strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for RTM optimization.
  • Manage and optimize existing distribution channels, including distributors, dealers, and direct sales teams.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new channels to expand market reach and improve customer access.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of RTM strategies with product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of RTM strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Develop and manage the RTM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Must-Have Skills

  • Extensive experience in RTM strategy development and execution within the manufacturing industry.
  • Deep understanding of various distribution models and channel management techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM and other sales and marketing tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with international markets.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce.
